Our human narrators read texts at an accessible speed, teaching ambitious vocabulary in the optimal time period for knowledge to be retained.

This increases engagement with the texts - learners aren’t able to skip through or rush their vocabulary activities; they have to think meaningfully about new terminology, deepening their mastery of new skills.

As well as introducing new vocabulary and grammar through culturally rich fiction and non-fiction texts, we use a variety of voices for our narration and our teaching.

Learning is not only about the skills being taught - it gives learners a window into the world, and that is why we teach through different narrators. Not only are learners read to, but they hear from some of the many voices that influence the world around them.
