This opportunity will appeal to a highly motivated and results driven individual who is ready to join a successful sales team in a high-growth organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inbound sales opportunities, upselling, cross-selling and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
- Responding to all inbound leads and converting to customers
- Hitting personal sales targets and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Establishing links with the key contacts and decision makers of schools and MATs
- Booking and attending meetings with customers and potential customers (remotely)
- Arranging and delivering demos of Bedrock Learning solutions to potential customers
- Managing opportunities meticulously via our CRM Building rapport with customers and promoting the brand of Bedrock Learning
- Consulting customers to find a solution which is right for their needs
Requirements for the role
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- At least 2 years’ experience in business development and/or account management with a strong record of increasing revenue
- The ability to work autonomously, create and implement a strategy and nurture customers at all stages of the sales process
- Experience in selling to schools or teachers and BA, BSc or other related qualifications are desirable
