This opportunity will appeal to a highly motivated and results driven individual who is ready to join a successful sales team in a high-growth organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inbound sales opportunities, upselling, cross-selling and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responding to all inbound leads and converting to customers
  • Hitting personal sales targets and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Establishing links with the key contacts and decision makers of schools and MATs
  • Booking and attending meetings with customers and potential customers (remotely)
  • Arranging and delivering demos of Bedrock Learning solutions to potential customers
  • Managing opportunities meticulously via our CRM Building rapport with customers and promoting the brand of Bedrock Learning
  • Consulting customers to find a solution which is right for their needs

Requirements for the role

  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • At least 2 years’ experience in business development and/or account management with a strong record of increasing revenue
  • The ability to work autonomously, create and implement a strategy and nurture customers at all stages of the sales process
  • Experience in selling to schools or teachers and BA, BSc or other related qualifications are desirable
