Inbound Sales Executive
Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 DOE + £10,000 OTE

Bedrock Learning is looking for an ambitious and target-driven Inbound Sales Executive, with a proven track record of growing sales, to join our successful sales team and help us in our mission to improve literacy rates.

We are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious individual to join our dynamic, high-performing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all inbound sales, upselling, cross-selling and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

So, what will you be responsible for?
✓ Responding to all inbound leads and converting to sales
✓ Hitting personal sales targets and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
✓ Establishing links with the key contacts and decision makers of schools and MATs
✓ Booking and attending meetings with customers and potential customers (remotely)
✓ Arranging and delivering demos of Bedrock Learning products to potential customers
✓ Managing opportunities meticulously via our CRM technology
✓ Building rapport with customers and promoting the brand of Bedrock Learning

✓ Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
✓ Self-motivated and enthusiastic
✓ At least 2 years’ experience in business development and/or account management with a strong record of increasing revenue
✓ The ability to work autonomously, create and implement a strategy and nurture customers at all stages of the sales process
✓ Experience in selling to schools or teachers
✓ BA, BSc or other related qualification
This is can be an office based role in Norwich, UK or a fully remote position based in the UK.. Only applicants who have a right to work and are based in the UK will be accepted.
