Inbound Sales Executive

Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 DOE + £10,000 OTE
Type: Full time, permanent

Bedrock Learning is looking for an ambitious and target-driven Inbound Sales Executive, with a proven track record of growing sales, to join our successful sales team and help us in our mission to improve literacy rates.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing EdTech businesses in the UK. Since our inception in 2015, turnover has almost doubled year on year and our market share has increased dramatically. We are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious individual to join our dynamic, high-performing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all inbound sales, upselling, cross-selling and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive package including performance-linked bonus and additional holiday allowance.

£24,000-£30,000 DOE
£10,000 OTE – you will be rewarded when your hard work and dedication meets targets

So, what will you be responsible for?

Responding to all inbound leads and converting to sales
Hitting personal sales targets and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
Establishing links with the key contacts and decision makers of schools and MATs
Booking and attending meetings with customers and potential customers (remotely)
Arranging and delivering demos of Bedrock Learning products to potential customers
Managing opportunities meticulously via our CRM technology
Building rapport with customers and promoting the brand of Bedrock Learning

Essential skills

Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
At least 2 years’ experience in business development and/or account management with a strong record of increasing revenue
The ability to work autonomously, create and implement a strategy and nurture customers at all stages of the sales process


Desirable skills

Experience in selling to schools or teachers
BA, BSc or other related qualification

This is can be an office based role in Norwich, UK or a fully remote position based in the UK.. Only applicants who have a right to work and are based in the UK will be accepted.
